STANDING OVATION IN NORTHERN CYPRUS
In 48 hours he did two television interviews, five newspaper interviews, shared a stage with the President of Northern Cyprus Rauf Denktash, received an award from the Prime Minister, and got a standing ovation for his seminar on communication skills. All in all, not bad for a weekend’s work.
Last weekend Gavin Brown, the current World Debating Champion & founding Director of Speak With Impact travelled to Northern Cyprus as a keynote speaker on communication skills. With the citizens of Northern Cyprus due to vote in a crunch election in a few months, communication skills were of great interest to businesses and politicians alike.
Mr Brown said “..it truly was an honour to be invited to take part in such a wonderful international event. To leave that seminar hall to a standing ovation is something I will never forget. Since arriving back yesterday I have had invites to speak in Germany, Turkey and the Netherlands”
