Gavin has been at the forefront of public speaking competitions, debating, after dinner speaking, presentations and training for over twelve years. His energetic, interactive seminars and workshops have instilled confidence in countless people around the world. In short, he helps people exceed their goals.
As a qualified solicitor, Gavin specialised in civil litigation and construction disputes for one of Scotland's larges commercial law firms. This led him to conducting advocacy in courtrooms and tribunals all over the country.
Outside of work, Gavin is Vice Chairman of Glasgow Junior Chamber of Commerce and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon-Do. He is also a former Head Boy of Fettes College.
In addition, he: -
- won the World Debating Championships twice (Cannes & Las Vegas)
- won the European, Scottish & Glasgow Debating Championships numerous times
- won the Glasgow Public Speaking Competition
- won the Glasgow Sheriffs' Mooting Competition
